Method
Add the frozen banana slices to a food processor and pulse until crumbly.

Blend continuously, scraping down the sides, until the mixture turns smooth and creamy.
Add more almond milk one tablespoon at a time if the blades stall or the mixture looks dry.
Serve immediately as soft-serve, or freeze for 1 hour for a firmer, scoopable texture.
